I had an awesome stay at Woodbrook On The Avenue! Great location near local eateries and a supermarket. The room was spacious with a kitchenette, and even though breakfast isn't served, I enjoyed the quiet vibe and loved hanging out in the backyard!

woodbrook on the avenue is a guest house, not a luxury retreat. the room size was awful, opening into a shared kitchen area—who designs that? also, a staff member took a staggering 30 minutes to pick me up from the airport! you’d think they’d roll out the red carpet for me. just couldn’t recommend it, really.

The location is excellent, with so many

eateries and shops nearby for convenience. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, arranging airport transfers and local currency exchange. While the room was comfortable, the limited hot water at times was a slight inconvenience during our stay.

Room size left much to be desired. the view was non-existent, just an opaque-glass window overlooking a parking lot!!! Location felt a bit distant from the main attractions, requiring extra transportation effort.

The A/C, Wi-Fi, kitchenette, convenience for excursions was simply grewt.

woodbrook on the avenue bed & breakfast has an excellent location, surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants. the queen studio was clean, quiet, and comfortable. i loved the convenience of having a mini kitchenette and immediate service whenever needed.

This was an optimal selection for a short visit in Port of Spain with the best value for money ratio. The A/C worked perfectly and kept the room comfortable during my stay. Check for local taxi options to get into the city easily and affordably.

The place was nice and clean and Ruthven the owner was super welcoming. Just steps from this lively avenue with all the bars and eateries, I felt like I was in the middle of it all.
